Jonique D. Whitaker is a multi-award-winning Registered Nurse, visionary innovator, and the driving force behind Joniva Innovations LLC. Her professional philosophy is forged in the crucible of high-stakes healthcare, where focus and clear communication are not optional, but essential for life-saving outcomes.

Clinical Excellence: A BSN RN specializing in Emergency Medicine with a passion for trauma & Sane. Jonique is a DAISY Award Winner and a remarkable 21-time nominee, recognized for providing exceptional, compassionate patient care.
Leadership & Service: A proud graduate of Needham Bryant Broughton International Bacculaerate Magnet High School and the University of Oklahoma (OU Standard Award recipient), Jonique's dedication to service is recognized nationally, including the prestigious Presidential Community Service Award. She has a strong history of youth advocacy as a Wake County 4-H Youth Teen Ambassador and was the 1st Runner Up for Miss Volunteer Teen North Carolina for National American Miss for dedicating over 1,000 hours in one year.
